Anaheim Hills Community Info

Anaheim Hills is a master-planned community that encompasses the eastern portion of the city of Anaheim. The hills encompass almost twenty square miles of hilly terrain and the highest point, Point Premier, reaches 1,921 feet into the sky.

Rich in history, the hills found its beginnings as a livestock ranch in the early 1800s before being sold to the Nohl family in 1943. One of the main roads that leads through Anaheim Hills was appropriately named, Nohl Ranch Road.

The master community is home to an astonishing twenty-three community associations, all overseen by the larger Anaheim Hills Planned Community Association. Completely surrounded by Yorba Linda, Orange, and Villa Park, in Southern California, there are approximately 21,000 households. Many of the planned or gated communities offer swimming pools, spas, and views of the city lights or snow peaked mountains in winter. Anaheim Hills offers its residents excellent schools, a public golf course, tennis clubs, several shopping centers, movie theatres, restaurants, offices, public libraries, a reservoir and the Oak Canyon Nature Center.
